ZeroTraceGPT provides AI consulting services designed to help users discover Artificial Intelligence tools that best fit their needs.
We do not sell, license, or own any AI tools — our service is strictly advisory and digital.

Our services are available only to individuals aged 18 or older.

3. Pre-contractual Information

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU, prior to purchasing our services, you are entitled to the following information:

  • Description of the digital service and its key features;

  • The identity and legal details of the provider (as above);

  • The total price, including all applicable taxes and fees;

  • Payment, delivery, and performance terms;

  • The applicable complaint and refund policy;

  • The right of withdrawal and its limitations;

  • Minimum system and compatibility requirements: 12 GB or more for ZeroTraceGPT Basic and ZeroTraceGPT 2.0, 2-6GB VRAM or more for ZeroTraceGPT Image Creator, and 12GB of VRAM or more for ZeroTraceGPT Video Generator.

  • Any update or functionality requirements for continued service use.

4. Scope of Services

We offer:

  • Digital consulting

  • AI recommendation reports and guides.

All materials provided are for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of our findings, reports, or guides is strictly prohibited.

5. Contract Formation

A legally binding contract between you and ZeroTraceGPT is formed when:

  1. You place an order and complete payment through our website, and

  2. You receive an email confirming acceptance and delivery of your order.

By proceeding with the order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

6. Orders and Payments

Orders are placed electronically through our website.
Payment is required in full before delivery of the service.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized use of payment methods.

7. Delivery of Services

Our consulting services and AI-finding guides are delivered digitally and are available immediately after payment confirmation.
No physical shipping applies.
Access details or reports are typically sent to the customer’s registered email address or user account.

If a delay occurs due to technical or communication issues, we will notify you promptly.

8. Service Quality and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that our digital services:

  • Meet the described specifications and intended purposes;

  • Remain available and accessible for the period agreed.

9. Right of Withdrawal (Digital Content Exception)

Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 57(13) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content and online services that are supplied immediately after payment, once performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent.

By completing a purchase, you:

  • Expressly request immediate access to our digital consulting materials, including video lessons, video consultations, text-based guides, and downloadable resources; and

  • Acknowledge that you lose your right to withdraw once access to the digital content has been provided.

If a technical issue on our side prevents delivery or access to the purchased digital content, you remain entitled to a full refund.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

If our product has problems, doesn't work, or you cannot run it, you meet the minimum requirements, and we cannot help you, you are eligible for a full refund.


Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the service.

Since our services are digital, there are no shipping costs for returns.

Orders cannot be canceled once the consultation has been delivered.
